Tension Control The large ergonomic tension knob features a textured rubber grip and is easily adjusted for resistance or pressed for braking.
Micro-Adjust Seat Post The micro-adjust seat post allows you to select the exact saddle height and exact fore and aft saddle adjustment for your ideal cycling position.
